Your First Visit

We'll do everything we can to make your first visit as pleasant as possible. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to complete a New Patient Form.

You may also fill out our New Patient Form online. 

Initial Examination

Your dentist will begin by reviewing your dental and medical history before conducting a dental examination. An examination of your teeth, gums, jaw and bite will be performed, as well as an oral cancer screening and any necessary x-rays.

Treatment Plan

Based on your medical history and examination, your dentist will create a long-term dental treatment plan for you. You'll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

• How can I book an appointment?

  Please contact our locations during our regular business hours to book an appointment at dentalhouse Liberty Village.

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  Please call us to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please let us know about any change of plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive automated phone appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

• Do you provide services in any language other than English?

  Yes, we provide services in English, Farsi and Hindi.

  Please advise us when booking your appointment if you have a language preference.

• Does your clinic have on-site parking?

  Our location has convenient paid parking available close to our practice. We are also easily accessible by public transit. 

Insurance & Financing

At dentalhouse Liberty Village, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, insurance claims, and financing so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.

Insurance Claims

Most insurance plans are eligible for direct billing. We can submit your insurance claim electronically for your convenience, which normally results in faster reimbursement and eliminating the need for paper forms and signatures.

Our administrative staff can help you better understand your insurance plan and send estimates to your insurance company before beginning any major treatments.

Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.

Payment Methods

Any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility. You must pay these fees at the time of your appointment.

We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
